Katie earned both

Her corporate business
experience includes over 25 years
with JP Morgan Chase in roles tied to
organizational development, project
planning and execution, process
improvement, change management,
training, and integration. She has
served as the senior level program
manager for many strategic
initiatives, including the
integration of Bank One with JP
Morgan Chase and the acquisition of
100+ branches of the Bank of NY. As a
seasoned business consultant, she
recently served as the director of
training/employee readiness for major
systems integration at Nationwide
Insurance, demonstrating strong team
building, collaboration, coaching,
and communication
skills.

coach, Diana is founder and director
of My Encore Performance, LLC,
offering professional coaching
